Is it necessary to register before a purchase?

Although not necessary, it is still always advisable to register as that helps you easily track your orders.

Do I have to disclose my email ID and phone number for registration?

Email IDs and mobile numbers are mandatory fields. We will need the information to send you regular updates about your orders over the email or phone call.

Yes, any information and personal details you share is secure on our website.

How to order online?

  • Once you have chosen the products, add them to your cart by clicking on “Place in Cart.”
  • The order process has four stages:
  • Register by creating your account using your email address and password. You can use this for future orders and also review previous orders.
  • Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s address and name, and select your delivery method.
  • Fill in the payment details and make the payment.
  • Please review your order and submit it.

Are there any registration charges?

No, our registration process is entirely free.

What if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the ‘Forgot password,’ option and you will be redirected via an email on how to reset your password.

How can I edit my personal information?

You can log on to our website and click on ‘My Account’ to change your details or shipping address.

What happens if the product of interest is out of stock?

If you are interested in any product that is out of stock on the website, you can mail or call us, and we can notify you once the product is available.

How do I return a product?

What if I am not available when the order is delivered?

If you are not available when we deliver the product, it will be taken back, and you will be accordingly notified.

What to do if my order is in a damaged condition when received?

We ensure the safety of your order. However, under any unforeseen circumstances, if you receive a product in a damaged condition, mail us with the picture of the order received with your order number, and we will guide you with the next steps.

What are the shipping charges? Are there any additional charges?

Shipping charges within India are free. Outside India, we will charge you based on the order. Any additional costs will depend on any other component like a dupatta, pants, or embroidery that has been added to the existing outfit.

What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

The estimated delivery time is mentioned for each product, in case there is any delay we will inform you of the same.

What should I do if I receive a different item from the one I ordered?

We ensure that we send you the right product; however, if you receive a wrong order, notify us immediately with your order number.
